HELP: Move values from column to rows based on Column A

Hi please can some one help as this is really doing my head in.

As you can see from the picture i need all the values in column B to go into a single cell separated by Comma, based on what the value in Column A is.

Based on what the value of Column A is, i need it to move column B values to a single cell.

I've done the first one manually to give you an idea.

I need to do the rest but there is 7000 rows on the spreadsheet and cant do it manually.

    Please help

I'm not too sure how UDF's work as i'm not hugely clued up on Excel.

I can use formulas if the above will work
