Entered a huge data in excel sheet. I deleted data when saving the file. Can I recover it.

I have entered a huge data in excel sheet. I saved it and when I opened the same file next time, Unfortunately I deleted all data and saved the file. Can I recover that data now by any chance. Please help. Its very Important data and I am helpless now as the hard copy is also not with me

It is a long shot but if you have Autosave setup there MAY be a copy there. Have a look in the directory where autosave copies are kept. Failing that I am, afraid you have lost it unless a backup was done between the original and second copy of the file.
