referencing embedded images/files

I have a workbook with 19 pages, with pages 1-18 being filled with data for 18 different sites, and pg. 19 being a database page that pulls from the other pages and formats it to be uploaded into a database. my question is, is there anyway for me to imbed a picture or file of a picture into a cell on pages 1-18 and reference it on the last page so that it can be uploaded. that way i can have a cell designated on page 19 that it will reference the cell that the image is embedded in?
