Selecting data from a date range based on the current date

hello, I'm new to the forum and would be grateful if anyone could help with the problem.
I created a basic excel weekly budget and would like to know how much money I have as of todays date. on the top row I have a date range from Sunday to Saturday, so it looks like this:
    09-15 16-22 23-29
with the month manually put in above it.
then below I have income and expenses with a Overall below that, so basically what I want to is see the Overall value based on todays date, not sure how to do this with the weekly range and automatic current date(which is =TODAY() as far as I know)

any help would be great. I have attached a photo as a reference.

Re: Selecting data from a date range based on the current date

the answer id like is the Total Overall, its separate from that sample you have posted. so like to the side id like it to say the date then below that the Total Overall. Then as the date will change each day as it does and passes to the next week, then id like the Total Overall to change to that weeks figure.
so say today is the 20-jun then the Total Overall would be £236, and as the date changes to the 23-june the Total Overall would automatically change to £226.

do you see what I mean ?

    Budget.xlsx reattach
The yellow show if today's date fall in the range, it show the Overall. I hope this what you mean

There is a date at the grey row, you can hide it using Font color grey. Please drag the date formula to where you want.
Remark: change the DAY text as standard, 01-07 instead of 1st to 7nd. Thanks.

Attached is a different way of keeping your budget records for your consideration. I only input enough of your data to show how it works.
