    Dependant lists (multiple)

Currenlty I work on the dependant lists.

I have Two markets, several department who allocate costs, the cost centers to whom those costs are allocated.

Costs centers are divided into who categories departmental names and brand names. and those brand names in turn, are according to Market.

I attach a sample file, so you will better see those departments and markets.

What I am trying to do is:

First user chooses Market, than Department, than cost center.

for example, I choose Market - Armenia, than I go and choose department: Finance, Legal, Security etc. Than I am able to choose one of the cost centers: same here finance, legal, security etc. But if I choose Department: "Brand Marketing" or "Trade Marketing" I must be able to choose cost centers not from departments, but from Brand names, which in turn must correspond to Market.

If you can see there departmmensta are same for all markets, and also departmental costs centers are the same, only Brand names are different for markets, because of code.

So according to above I would like to develop a dependant lists.

I used traditional ways such as naming the ranges and using indirect+substitute, but so far I have no result. please ehelp.

I am uploading as you have requested.

Separately to see the differences and dependencies. I colored dependant lists with same color for each market.
