How can i Create an Excel UserForm??

You might want to consider the data form that is built into Excel. It requires no programming. The only requirements are to get the form button activated and to have a table for the data.

I don't have Excel 2003 but there should be a data form available to use with tables.

In Excel 2010, a form button can be added to the Quick Access Toolbar and if you have a table on the sheet (insert Table forming an actual table). Click in the table then click the Form Button and all the fields (taken from the table column headers) are presented to you for filling in. This data form is basic in style but allows you to enter new records, edit old ones, do searches using criteria etc.
