Creating forms with multiple dropdown lists

    Hello,
I want to create several forms each consisting of several dropdown lists.
The way I do it now is I copy each dropdown object and change the cell link mannualy. But it doesn't seem like the best way to do it! I was wondering if there is a way I can link a set of dropdown objects to a column of cells.

    Any suggestion is appreciated.

    Thanks a lot

Try using Data Validation > List
<--- If you like the answer, press *.

Could you please give me more information? I didn't find any command named as List to add to my data validation command tab.

Anna, if you google "data validation list", you should get plenty of information to help you. You may also get some information if you type that search term into the search field above. Please don't think I'm suggesting you don't use the forum as a useful resource, but when there is so much information available already on the subject, it seems a pity for someone to have to start typing it up again.

    Hope this helps.
    Brendan.
