    Changing data in Excel

I have a large file in Excel with data in two columns, the different blocks are seperated by an empty line.

Can I change this data to a normal excel file in wich I can use filters etc.

    Now:

    Type Data
    Datum 25-6-2013
    Registratienummer 12345678
    Naam TEST NV
    Uw referentie BE-26249
    Soort informatie Wijziging score
    Vorige rating 3.9
    Nieuwe rating 5.2

    Datum 25-6-2013
    Registratienummer 12345679
    Statutaire naam VOORBEELD BV
    Uw referentie NL-60685
    Soort informatie Wijziging score
    Vorige rating 7.5
    Nieuwe rating 6.5

    Result:
    Datum;Registratienummer;Naam;Uw referentie;Soort informatie;Vorige rating;Nieuwe rating
    25-6-2013;12345678;TEST NV;BE-26249;Wijziging score;3.9;5.2
    25-6-2013;12345679;VOORBEELD BV;NL-60685;Wijziging score;7.5;6.5

    Re: Changing data in Excel

    Hello,

Thanks for the excel file. I just gone through the file quickly and noticed except the five lines( which you need as columns)- (Reviewdatum,Ondernemingsnr.,Statutaire naam,Uw referentie,Soort informatie) all the other data is inconsistent. example Referentie BBS is available for only 20 values.

I just applied a simple "if" formula in a separate spreadsheet and got the first five lines in a column. ( data need to be cross verified, whether it's correct or not)

    See this attached file. Map1_sorted.xlsx

    Hope it will be useful...
