Need help fine tuning a Racing Leaderboard with points.

I have a Racing leaderboard that i need help with. I have it all layed out but im having trouble with keeping certain thing locked to each other. Also i would like to have it auto sort when times are updated as opposed to having to select the ranges and doing a filter manually.

I have it already doing a rank of each time per section but i would like the points for position to be tallied on far left section in accordance to the rider across all four races.

Thanks for the help. Is it possible to have the sections rearrange themselves according to rank when new better times are put up by racers. This is a time trial competition so the racers will improve on their scores daily and i will be updating them so the ranks will be moving over and over. If it rearranged itself it would be awesome, if not thanks for the help you gave already.
