Convert Large Spreadsheet tp pdf for printing

Hi
I need to be able to convert a large spreadsheet to pdf for sending to a commercial printer. The spreadsheet is a family tree and covers an area a1 to ca107. The printers normally do the conversion from an emailed copy of the .xls file but charge for this.

Printing will be done on a wide carriage printer so the pdf has to be one sheet not a large number of a4. I have a copy of Acrobat but cannot work out how to get the spreadsheet to save as one sheet.

Any help very welcome.

Download Bullzip Printer, or an equivalent pdf printer and install it.

Set your page size to whatever you need and then print to the Bullzip Printer. Give the file a name. Send the saved file to the commercial printer.

I just tried with some test data for another thread and, what would have been 140 pages of A4 came out at 7 pages of A0.

Or, upgrade to Office 2007 and then you can use the inbuilt capability to publish pdf files.

@Debraj: the OP's profile says 2003. As far as I know, the export to .pdf option didn't come in until Excel 2007.

then.. PrintAsPDF software is last hope..

Glad tha Bullzip Printer works for you. I use it all the time as the default printer on my laptop so that I can print anytime even when not at home.

New quick method:
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.

Or you can use this way:

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save

HI,
I request you to go for the Microsoft save as PDF utility which u can easily find on Microsoft webiste.

This utility is also supportable when u write a macro for direct converting of the documents as PDF.
