    using worksheet name

    I have a workbook in excel 2007 which has 18 worksheets. I want to use the name of each worksheet in one of the cells on that worksheet without having to type it for each worksheet. How can I do this? example names of worksheets jam jelly milk mayo I want to put the name jam in a cell on the jam worksheet etc say in cell B45. I don't want to have to manually type all the names again since they are available in the worksheet instead of sheet1 , sheet2 etc.

    Re: using worksheet name

    The formula CELL("filename",Range) returns the path, file name and name of a sheet where the 'range' lies. Therefore, A1 can literally be any cell in the worksheet (e.g. B1, Z123, etc.). The rest is just text manipulation to remove everything except the sheet name.
