XLSM file loads but no contents are displayed for one user

An XLSM file that was created in Excel 2010 is on a network share.
The file is accessed by a dozen employees, all using 2010.
It opens quickly & appears fine for all but one person.
The file seems to load on her PC (the properties are accessible) but nothing is visible.
There is a prompt to enable macros, but the behavior is the same enabled or not.
This user is skilled with Excel and the program seems to otherwise work normally
Removed & installed Excel, but that didn't help.
    Thanks for any ideas . . .
    Jim

Are the default font formats different normal...black or Automatic is not selected for the font colour?....strange things have happened

Re: XLSM file loads but no contents are displayed for one user

It's a good thought. I compared the system & Excel fonts/colors on the affected PC to those on a PC which displays the workbook properly. Unfortunately, the fonts/colors seem to be the same on both machines.
To elaborate a bit more, this file seems to load on the problem system, even though it's not obvious that a workbook is open. The Properties page shows that it is loaded, and when the file is closed, a prompt appears asking if changes should be saved. However, not a bit of the workbook can be seen.
    Thanks
