Find values in two columns to match then have the two values placed side by side.

Hello, I have a spreadsheet that has just over 3000 rows, in columns Q and O there is lots of numbers that I would like something that can match the same numbers in both columns and place them side by side with the information in the row staying with the number if it is moved. If there are ones that do not match, if they were left in order and just have blanks beside them. I hope this is possible and thanks for any help.

Example as I'm not sure if I have made it clear enough.

1 A 5 25 C
2 B 10 5 E
3 C 15 20 D
4 D 20 10 A
5 E 25 15 B

To

1 A 5 5 A
2 B 10 10 B
3 C 15 15 C
4 D 20 20 D
5 E 25 25 E

Your explanation is not completely clear to me but just from what I read, it sounds like A is in col Q and 5 may be in col O. Then it would seem (and this seems too simple but) that you want a formula something like =O1&" "&Q1 in the first column available?
