Identifying multiple value combinations

Hi,

Please help me with the following problem.
In the attached file, I have multiple values in Sheet 1.
I need to know what are the top 10 (ranked by frequency they occur into the whole sheet, except column A) 3 number combinations (for example 3, 19, 23 - from column B) and where are them in the whole sheet. The combinations are searched only by columns!
The result I'm expecting is to have a situation that says: 1st place, combination 3, 19, 23 - was found on column C, E, G & J, and so on.

PS: Please don't consider the example from attachement gambling related (as other thought..)! I used numbers only to avoid using 80 names. I need help with the above problem in order to establish a hierarchy between my colleagues from sales area.
