Save and send file and hove it open full screen

Hello,

I have excel 2007 just what come with the PC nothing special.

I have it set up to do a distance calculation for city to city.
I can do all the settings to make it look as in the photo attached here . I will open up this way after i close it and re-open on my PC this is all ok for me.

I need to send this to several other people in my company. What I would like it to do is when they open the attachment it opens the full screen with all the extras removed just in the photo is this possible with out them having to change there settings or adjust any thing?
I done every thing in some of the other threads here even all the other threads on this I have not found any that this worked.

Is this just not something excel does?
If this is not easy is there a program I can convert this to that will open like a program or web page?
