    Shift Calendar Shading

    Hey guys,

I am creating a shift calendar for my varied work schedule and I want to select a site I am working on using data validation, then have the appropriate amount of cells shaded to show the hours worked. For example: Monday 7am-7pm is cells I3:U3. If I select a site that is 12 hours and that timeframe, I would like excel to automatically shade them in a chosen colour, calculate my total gross profit and distance travelled to the site and back, among other details.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Anthony

P.s. I would like to use vlookup to do the calculations for me. Thank you

    Re: Shift Calendar Shading

Formulas in CF dont fetch data from another sheet or workbook, instead u can use name range to define the start time and end time
