Copying conditional formatting (formula-based) to calculate respective rows

Hi,

This should be a pretty easy answer, but I'm just stuck. I want to use several conditional formatting formulas to format cells (based upon the result). I created the initial set of conditional formulas in cell C2 (see attached spreadsheet) and I want to copy this format to C3 through C11. For each of the cells, I want the conditional formatting to calculate how to format that cell based upon it's respective rows (Row 3 to calculate all the Row 3 parameters, Row 4 to calculate all the Row 4 parameters, etc.). For example, I don't want C10 to calculate whether or not C2 meets the criteria, but what C10 states.

I tried every combination of relative referencing (C2, $C2, C$2, $C$2) for the initial (and subsequent) cell(s) that is possible and it's still not working out. Please help. I think it's a pretty easy fix, but I'm just stuck.
