Format to autocorrect or enforce capital letters

Often I am writing numerous names in a column in Excel. Does anyone know a way to make it automatically give them capital letters, or to make the first letter a capital letter, if not the first letter of every word in the cell.

(The latter being less useful)

In Data validation use this rule

=EXACT(A1,PROPER(A1))

This will allow only 'first letter capital' inputs
