I have a workbook that everyone at work uses. Its in the construction industry and I have a list of all the foremen and their crew. I then have a blank time sheet that once they select their name their crew formulates in the sheet. This works great except one thing, I want to be able to search the contents of all the excel workbooks from all of the foremen to find where one of crew member was and of course if I do that I get all the foremen excel workbooks. This happens if a crew member moves to another foreman. Right now I have the sheet set to "very hidden" hoping this would solve the problem, but it doesn't. Is there another solution besides formatting the name as "N A M E" and removing the spaces in another sheet using vba?
