unprotect sheet forgotten password

Hi guys,
I've forgotten my password for a protected sheet. How can I either recover this or get rid of the password?

Any ideas?

Officially you can say goodbye to your file. However, there are experienced Excel users that can circumnavigate the password and then remove it. I can't, but I know the ability to does it exists.

However I don't know if this forum should be used for "hacking" requests (since people could upload someone else's Excel file).
