extract word from string

Hi Guys,

I need a help from you guy to arrange my excel sheet.
I have to extract rejection data for past 2 years,
there is about 6k row..
I have to find word "MISSING","missing" or "Missing" in a text string,

example:
that text string at colum I and must extract just that unique word to colum R
so that I could count how many is "MISSING","missing" or "Missing" in a year.


I have try "LEFT", "RIGHT", but I cant do it
