Can't edit cells after unprotecting and unlocking the workbook

I have created a workbook and locked all cells with formula and protected it with a password. Then I found out that I made an error and had to change one of the formula. I unprotected the workbook first then unlocked all the cells. However, it still won't let me edit the cell. Anyone how to fix this problem???

Double check to make sure it is unlocked in all areas. At the bottom right click sheet, check there, under Review and protect sheet there and then click your cell right click for "format" then click on the tab protection. Make sure it is unlocked there.

I used Ctrl+A to select the whole worksheet, everything is unprotected and unlocked but won't let me edit the formula....
