Extract values connected to each minute from a source that produced values for each second

    Hello all,

I currently have a column beginning with 12:00:00, and would like values for each minute after instead of each second. Is there a way to delete/hide the other 59 seconds I do not need? Thanks in advance!

The easiest way to do this if the times are in a format recognized by Excel as time, is to use a Pivot table.

Make sure that there are headings for the time and the values columns (no blank columns between the data and no blank rows)
Click in the data, click on the Data Tab, click on Pivot Table.

A dialogue box with the fields will open. Drag the time field into the Row Labels and drag the values field in to the Values box. Right click in the column formed with the times and choose GROUP. Select MINUTES and click OK.

If the values field doesn't show the sum, then left click on the values in the Values box, click on Value Field Settings and choose Sum.

The data in the table should now show the data summarized by minute.
