Auto inserting data in cells

Hi Guys I had this answered a while back but need your help again with it (this time once done I will protect the sheet lol)
In the attached sheet on the MON tab I select staff from a drop down list in column B. I copy and paste time for working staff from the roster ie SEP13 into column H. I need the times in column H to auto enter into the adjacent cell to the staff member in column C once they are picked from the drop down list in B. I did have this working but did not have to use it for several months as I was working away. Now that I'm back it has been messed up.

no not on my sheet. If I change the time in H7 it does not change in C6 (it used too)
