create a dynamically updated master file of multiple Tables

I'm a strength and conditioning coach for a university and wanted to set up some statistical analysis I'm testing various exercises throughout the year on a couple hundred athletes. Each athlete has their workout and testing data in an excel file labeled with their name. testing is on a separate tab with columns labeled as follows Name,Male/Female,Date,Sport,Height,Weight,Vertical Jump,10 yard,Pro Agility R,Pro Agility L,3 Cone R,3 Cone L,Bench,Squat,Clean

I need a way to gather this data from multiple files as they are updated in a master database for analysis. I wanted to keep the data in the individuals file if possible. all the testing tabs for the athletes are identical except the data.

I think there is no option but VBA.
