Lining up Duplicate Items in a Row

I am pretty sure I am not saying this right, but I will try and explain.

Column A is my control columns. Column A has no duplicates and is sorted in alpha/numeric order, say like an account number. Every 3rd column has the same account numbers as well (example Columns D, F, H & J), also sorted in alpha/numeric order. However each month, there are less and less entries.

Columns B, E, H, & K all contain a 4 digit code that needs to stay with the account numbers previously listed. I need to move the data in say column D & E to the same row as the corresponding account number in Column A, and so on.

I attached a spread sheet for your reference. This is only a small sample of what I am working with, most sheets I am given have hundreds of account numbers on them. The first tab has how I receive the data, the second has how I need the data to look.

These are yearly contracts, so I update all of these every year with the next two columns, and this repeats for 10 years. So every month I have new sheets as well as pulling the old ones and adding new column. I showed this on the Completed tab in the attached example.

Updated workbook attached - see the Completed (LOOKUP) sheet, which uses VLOOKUPS to compile your completed worksheet. I hope this answers your question.

    ClaimLookups.xlsx
let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source

Thank you so much for the quick help. Is there anyway to keep the colors when I use the V-Lookup? Items are fed to me with either a color fill or text color and these are also needed. If not I can work around that, but if that can be kept it would be a great help.

    Thank you again

It is not possible to apply formatting by formula. It may be done using VBA, however. Are you comfortable with a VBA solution?
