Sheet Protection: Protect Certain columns, allow copy/paste row

I have a large spreadsheet (10k+ rows) which I need to get to endusers for validation.

I need to have Col A:E uneditable (all text in cells locked, not all formats, etc) and Col F:G unlocked, fully editable by users

I also need users to be able to Copy/Insert copied cells in case they need to add additional items to the test in Col A.




So, Need Protected worksheet that allows Copy/Paste and Copy/Insert copied cells. Any help?

Even on a plain worksheet with all the check boxes checked it still restricts Insert copied cells. I can Insert a row, but I cannot copy and Paste on a protected worksheet.
