I have yes/no answers, I want a 10% error rate for no answered questions

    Can anyone help please?
I have columns with questions in them e.g. Did the agent answer the call correctly?
In the rows below, for different cases, you answer yes/no, I want it to automatically
come up with a error rate of 10% in the last row.

In list of row which has questions corresponding there is Yes or No Data validation or Option Button. Then check the correction percentage with error percentage and then divide them. You will be able to get the error percentage.
