Required a MACRO working of the attach file having datas from original download sheet

Please refer my attach file,name macro.In this file there are 2 sheets,namely-1-Original Download 2-Desired Result.In my job profile,there are so mant times when I download the Sheet no.1 ( Original Download ) and do after very cumbersome excercise for reaching the result of Sheet No.2 ( Desired Result ).

Is there any Macro workings who can solve the attach file.One more thing , automatic remove all the rows from original download sheet to convert into Macro desired result.
