Excel error message "The source currently evaluates to an error"

    Hello
When using the indirect command to create a list from a named range an error message appears that reads "The source currently evaluates to an error". Any ideas how to solve this, it is very annoying. The attached jpeg illustrates the error message. Thanks in advance for you help!!!

Re: Excel error message "The source currently evaluates to an error"

    Hi Don
It appears that the source cell has a formula which evaluates to an error. You will need to resolve that error in order to avoid this error message.
    Hope this helps.

Re: Excel error message "The source currently evaluates to an error"

There can't be any spaces in Range Names.
If you notice in the Name Manger, your names are like
    Skills_For_Care (notice the _ symbols)

But in I8 you just wrote Skills For Care without the _
So the Inidrect fails because there is no such Named Range called Skills For Care

YOu'll have to correct those Validation Lists page, E2:L2
