Filter Function

Hello --

I essentially want to be able to use Filter twice. Is this possible?

In a combined Column (B & C - Row 2), I have a heading of Computers. In Column B, Row 3 I have headline Mac and in Column C,Row 3 I have headline of Windows. I have numerous other columns that I filter by in Row 2 but often times I need to separate out the type of computer.

I know ultimately I can just combine the two to be one, but wanted to pose the question first.
