    Exclamation Matching on Two Criteria

    Hi,

    I need value in column K, if the result of 2 criteria (Store & Model, match "List" or "Delist" which can be seen in sheet 2, should return value mentioned in sheet 2

    C2 =Vlookup($A2,Sheet2!$H$2:$I$4,2,0) and drag down.
