I am trying to make my life easier but I am stuck at this point. Basically I have an inventory list on sheet one. In that sheet there is a column that says that says "Pick Order". Now what I am trying to accomplish is that, if the "pick order" column has a value of 1 then that row gets copied to the second sheet which is "Inventory Pick List". This means that I need to move those items from storage to the store.
Secondly, what I would like to do if possible is that on the "inventory pick list sheet”, there is a column that says 'picked yes or no”. This will have a value of 1 or 0. If picked = 1 then the column "quantity picked' from 'inventory pick list sheet" will be deducted from "QTY in hand' column of the inventory list.
To make it short, when I am at the store I would like to mark 1 or 0 in the 'pick order' column. Then when I am at the storage I can look at the "inventory pick list sheet' and pick the inventory. When I mark it as 'picked yes or no' then it’s automatically subtracted from 'qty in hand' essentially updating the inventory in hand.
I am still learning excel and I cannot believe how much potential this program has, I can do all this just with my phone and drop box and never have to worry about losing my data or paper lists!
