Howdy all.

Been racking my brain over this for a few days now and looking for a second set of eyes to help. I have a few users who while working in Excel 2010 the spreedsheet will blurr like when a graphics card artifacts and lags. When this occurs and it seems to randomly, but frequently (a few times a day), they can sometimes minimize and then maximize the program window (all of Excel, not just the spreadsheet) and it "refreshes" and fixes itself. Sometimes, though, it requires completely closing the program and then restarting it. It doesn't matter whether it is a new excel that is tiny or an older one that is larger in file size. I have disabled the hardware acceleration, no fix. I have run in safe mode to eliminate a potential add-on issue, no fix. I have made sure graphics drivers were up to date, and then rolled back one just to make sure it wasn't anything there. I ran memory tests on the laptop that came back fine. I finally just switched them out to a new laptop, and the issue now occurs on the new laptop so I don't think it is hardware related.

I tried googling any potential answers, but all I can find out of the few matching problems were either to disable hardware acceleration to fix, too much formatting, or too many calculations across a large spreedsheet. Given the problem occurs even on brand new spreadsheets with next to nothing on them, the later two are out as options and I have already tried option 1 as mentioned above.

At this point, I am not sure were else to look or try. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. I will try to get some screen shots of the issue to post the next time it occurs.
