Why Minus (-) Symbol Coming Right Side Instead of Left Side ???

That is the standard format in Excel.
You could change it with this custom format: #.##0,00;#.##0,00-
But then numbers not align nicely.

To your other qustion:
a triangle in the upper left corner of a cell indicates there's some error in that cell. If select the cell you'll get access to drop-down box allowing you to ignore the error or to debug it.

It would be much easier to diagnose if you attach your workbook. An image attachment almost never has value--just attach the Excel file!

Select the cell (I don't know what cell it is, the screenshot doesn't show it) and then go to Home, Format, Format Cells, and tell us what format is defined for this cell. It is probably a Custom format. To display the standard format with minus sign at the left, simply choose format General for the most flexible formatting.

The string that Tsjallie provided is for a Custom format; you will see a string like this when you look at the format as I just described. But I think Tsjallie has the situation reversed--that custom format will give you the minus sign at the right, which is what you already have but don't want.

Ahh... that not the custom format, but still this is format that excel have

Go to Home, Format, Format Cells.. or simply right click the mouse and choose Format Cells..
On tab Alignment, see Right-to-left Text Direction, combo box on that show Right-to-Left.
Change the value on combo box to Left-to-Right or context for normal text.

And for the second question about the symbol: it's inconsistent formula.
If you select the cell, it will show symbol ! on the top left cell, click on it, you can choose ignore error if you sure about your formula.
