Save As HTML & Retain Links [About to Rage]

    Hello,

I have created a spreadsheet that takes GPS co-ordinates from a cell,
And opens them with a =HYPERLINK function on Google Maps

When I save this as a HTML file,
The links do not save correctly and end up looking like this.

Please Login or Register to view this content.
I have tried to set the Hyperlink Base to X,
I have unchecked links to Update on Save

I have attached my work book, I'm out of options and have no where else to go,
Please any advice would be great!

Trying to do a concatenate function inside the hyperlink function is screwing you up.

    There's a simple fix:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
Now when you save to HTM the links should work.

    Perfect!
That worked great thank you very much.

I am now trying to get this to work in a .PDF file.
Seems to be giving me a bit of grief as it will only display a straight Hyperlink,
    For example http://www.google.com

If I start trying to use my cell references in the formula, it doesn't recognise as a Hyperlink when opening.
