So I have this file where I need some data validation... I have looked through many solutions but none seem to help or I just don't get it... but here goes my explanation.
On the attached file columns G,H,I and J is where I want the validation to go. G and H are done already meaning they work just fine, but I and J are the issue I just cant get the third and fourth lists.
My lists are in Columns "AA:AG"
Can some one please help and let me know what I am doing wrong?

Hello Will indirect will work when you have similar names. Like if you select wellness indirect will search for wellness in your list which is wellness type currently. You need to remove word type from all type category.

Yes, but I already have Named Ranges with those names and the lists I have depend very much on the previous selections...
Then for sub type to work you need to write the if function in data validation as =if(G7="Medical",Medical_Sub)
then select medical in G7 and check sub type

@ Will. Not total understanding the way you like you information shown, but the I believe the following information will get you on the right track.
Adjust the following info on you workbook. (Steps using xl2007)
1. Select H7 then Data menu > Data Validation > Then adjust the Source reference to =INDIRECT(G7&"_Type")
2. Select I7 then Data menu > Data Validation > Then adjust the Source reference to =INDIRECT(G7&"_Sub")
3. Highlight cells H7 and I7 and copy drag down.
