hi all, i have some formulla applied in this file. Formulas are applied between two or three sheets. But when i open the excel, it shows the below notice. it is very irritating. Please anyone help me how to stop this.

Hi ryan4646,
From the menu choose Insert|Name|Define. Select each name in turn and look in the 'Refers to' box. Delete any that refer to another workbook or contain the '#REF!' error.
Also go to Edit|Links. If it is unavailable the Links have been removed. If available, select the Link, click Change Source and then change it to refer to your workbook (use the Browse button to locate it).

It denotes that the formulas are refereed to external workbook and asking to confirm whether it can be updated?
You can turn it off by changing the setting here…
Tools>>Options>>Edit>>Uncheck Ask To Update Automatic Links>>Click Ok..

I did the same, but now the new notice is showing up. this notice is new to me. Please help me how to remove the notice.

Press Alt+E+K which will show the Edit Links Popup window.
In that Popup window select Statup Prompt>>Select the Third One>>Don’t display the alert and update the links and give ok…
