linking data with two sheet, inserting digit seperated cell

    Hi all,

I have a problem with pasting data that the way I want but it is not happening.
From the first sheet (Invoice) there is a yellow shaded code which is HS code I want to link in the second sheet blue shaded equally distributed by cell serially. I used =left formula. But it worked only for the first column. But for the rest of the column it is not working. Please help me out to paste the data’s by linking with the first sheet not changing the cell size because it is fixed due to print a form. Please help me out. i have inserted the digit in the second sheet already. please help me to fill the formula to make it like that.attched file

    thanks,

    Ryan

Use the MID() function. Hint for the Start position: note that the first formula is in column K, i.e. #11, and you want to calculate a 1 in the start position.
