get exact result from a series of numbers

Hi i have 45 numbers i need to create 3 tables and each table need to have 8 numbers they must be unique i cant use one number in two tables just in one, then after i have to sum the total of each table and then the total of all three tables and that sum need to be a exact value like lets say the sum of all tables should be 12,256, how i can do that easily i dont know what to do, to get the exact number i need, theres any formula or function to achieve this?

thats my goal is kinda like a budget for three years in the example each year need to have 11 diff number

if u see the excel file i attached, u see 45 numbers thats in terms of money $, then i have year 1 year 2 and year 3, my question how i can choose the correct items for each year so the final sum of all three years is a exact value i put in there

here is another example i just fill with numbers, but the total i didnt get the exact value

thats the thing, the only logic is to select 11 items per year to will have 33 items from those 45 and the total must be equal to that number, i dont know if theres any logic that excel could manage to get that value

also each year total must be between 4 and 5 million so year1 must be between 4-5 millions and year 2 and 3 the same 4-5 millions

calculated from 33 numbers from the 45 the think i need to know which 33 choose to get that value
