If you select cell A5 of your pivot table (Arizona Cardinals), then click in the right hand part of the formula bar, you will see that the cursor is butted right up to the s at the end of the name. Select cell A6 and do the same - you can see that there is a space (a normal space this time) at the end of the name, and in all your raw data you have a space at the end of the names for 2013 and 2014, but this space is not present for the 2015 data. Excel sees these as two different names. As it is a normal space (you can verify this using the CODE function), you can use the TRIM function to remove them, or manually add a single space at the end of the names for the 2015 data to make them all the same.
Hope this helps
Pete
