I have not used Excel in years and I have never used it for what I am asking today. I want to create a worksheet that I can enter quantities of "units" and a list of components required to build said units is returned. May not be possible, but would be really helpful for the shop floor.
For instance; I need to build (5) 12x24 units. Each unit requires (2) 24" HR's, (1) 12x24 T and (2) 12x24 side panels to assemble the unit. If anyone can point me in the right direction to get started, it will be greatly appreciated.
