Column Name

Hi All,
Like to have solution on following:

I have a data base, where there are several column named, say A,B,C,D. These column have values/text there under.
Now i have one value/text and want to find out in among which column said value/text fall.

With column headers in A1:D1
and the values in A2:D2
and the lookup value in A3

=INDEX(A1:D1,1,MATCH(A3,A2:D2,0))
