Hi All,
I want to extract text from column A into column D,E,F based on condition on column B. I am able to do this by IF statement, but the data is not continuous. I want to extract continuous data into D,E,F columns without any gaps.
Condition for Column D: >1
Condition for Column E: >0.5<1
Condition for Column F: <0.5
I am attaching the sample list for reference.
Please help.......

How to write the formula if i need to change the row no. ( ex C5 )
What do you mean?
I mean if the starting row for data is in c5 then even after changing the row no in the formula it is omitting some data.

basically you must change:
ROW($A$5:$A$100)-4
Again: you're working with array formulae.
