Multple data Lists into one Row

Hi there,

I have asked this question before, but no luck as yet.
I need to convert a list of multiple data to a row, (without using a pivot table).
I can get the list to not repeat the date in a list, but then the other details still appear on a separate line.
For example, (please ref the attached)
I need to show all the codes for one date on the same row, not ORD on one and then TRAV on another as it is now. So just wondering if there is something I can add to the equation to say that if the 2 dates match put on the same row, and then I will have a totally blank row for double ups?


I hope that explains my intentions, any help would be much appreciated
