    if duplicate values exist in column A, then concatenate values in col D and SUM col E & F

    Heres what Im trying to do

    from this...

    Route BP Service Company City Total M-F Total Sat
    HB3A010 83541 Apple New York 5 5
    HB3A010 83541 Apple Detroit 5
    HB3B002 83541 Apple Chicago 3 3
    HB3B002 83541 Apple Dallas 3 3
    HB3B008 83541 Apple Atlanta 7 7
    HB3B008 83541 Apple Seattle 9 2


    to this......

    I have a really long list, 4000+ records, im trying to get my excel sheet to look like the above,

    some insight would really be appreciated

    This is 1 of those times when a copy/paste to here does not show your data the way it needs to be
    To attach a file to your post,
    click advanced (next to quick post),
    scroll down until you see "manage file",
    click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
    click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

    Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
    You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
    3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
