How to Auto-Refresh web based input data queries in Excel 2007

I am currently using web based data input feeds to import data into a spreadsheet table. The input data is constantly changing, so every time I want to use the spreadsheet I have to manually "refresh" the input data.

I have tried setting the Refresh option in the Connection Properties to "Refresh data when opening file", but it will not work.when I open/re-reopen the spreadsheet.

I'm at a loss as to how to accomplish this task.

Thanks very much for the reply. The suggestion worked fine. My last questions though, is can you tell me why it doesn't work without this if the options say it should? Just curious.
