    Refreshing an open spreadsheet...

    Morning Everyone,

I have a spreadsheet that is passworded that I use, it has a read only function on it so that my colleagues can view it as and when without making any changes.

What I would like to know is that as and when I make changes (and save those changes), rather than close and reopen, can my colleagues just refresh what they are looking at to see my changes.

I've tried the Refresh All in the Ribbon but that didn't seem to work.

Or is there a piece of code etc that I can put to good use?

    (Using Excel 2007)

    Thanks,
