I have a daily transportation schedule. It provides times to pick up from Home and pick up from work. On the first worksheet called scheduling I have a drop down menu with lists where I can choose from list 1,2,3 below.
List 1. A persons name
List 2. A time to pick up from home
List 3. A time to pick up from work

On another spreadsheet called client schedules I have everyone's scheduled times of pick up from home and work.

I would like to check my Daily scheduling I made against the client schedules that are in the master schedule to make sure everyone got scheduled for the Day. I would like to highlight the pickup time and drop off times.

For example I choose Joe Smith, Pick up at 3:00 at home on my drop down. I need the program to automatically go to the master schedule and highlight 3:00 and recognize the name joe smith and the correct day and stay highlighted. Same thing for the next person and then I need to be able to clear the highlight without clearing the times once all the schedules are complete.

Can anyone provide a solution
