I want telephone numbers and time of any format to specific format

hi

I want to change the telephone numbers which are in different formats to specific format for ex

401) 456-1234 and time to one format.How to do this?? and i also want to remove spaces in the end of phone numbers

I think there is more variation in times
I think the original file are not only whole hours.
